 How They Work: Healing Touch insoles feel weird! It's a good weird. If they didn't feel different, they would be the same as ordinary gel, air, or water based insoles that wear out in a couple months. The weird feeling will not be noticeable after wearing them for a short period, depending on the sensitivity of your feet. It is made with a vegetable based, pharmaceutical grade, FDA approved glycerin. "Pharmaceutical grade" means allowable in food or cosmetics under the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. Healing Touch insoles provide the sensation of "walking on water", it's like a water bed for your feet, or as most of our customers say it's like a pillow for your arch area. 

 Custom Arch Pillow Support: Healing Touch insoles are dynamic massaging fluid orthotics unlike off the shelf hard orthotics. They provide custom arch support while being much more comfortable to the feet. Healing Touch insoles releases pressure off the heels (sciatic nerve) moving the pressure to the arch area which releases built up tension and pressure off our lower back, upper back, hips, knees, and feet. Our soles can be with or without custom orthotics.     

 Cushioning/Massaging: When the pressure inside the insoles have equalized, the heel is actually floated 1/16 of an inch off the ground, giving you the perfect fit to the arch area in your shoes. Alternating heel to toe pressure forces the liquid back and forth, providing a soothing massage, and increasing blood circulation under the feet. Better blood circulation under the feet promotes faster healing of previous or existing injuries.

Instructions for Care: 
 Cleaning - Hand or machine wash weekly in cold water. Air dry only! Do not put in dryer or microwave! 
Trimming - If you need to trim the insoles for improved fit, only the toe area can be trimmed. Do not over trim because a poor fitting insole can cause discomfort, especially to the toe areas. Damaged insoles caused by over trimming are not covered by the warranty. Make sure you get the correct size when you purchase. 
Initial Wear & Break In - We recommend you gradually acclimate to the Healing Touch arch pillow support. Wear in 1-2 hour increments gradually increasing wear time until your insoles feel natural. 
Sandals, Flip Flops, & Thongs - Use sticky tape at the bottom to avoid them moving. The toe area can be cut to allow for flip flop wear.
