Instructions for Care:
Cleaning - Hand or machine wash weekly in cold water. Air dry only! Do not put in dryer or microwave!
Trimming - If you need to trim the insoles for improved fit, only the toe area can by trimmed. Do not over trim because a poor fitting insole can cause discomfort, especially to the toe areas. Damaged insoles caused by over trimming are not covered by the warranty. Make sure you get the correct size when you purchase.
Important: Please read!
Initial Wear & Break In - We recommend you gradually acclimate to the Healing Touch arch pillow support. Wear in 1-2 hour increments gradually increasing wear time until your insoles feel natural.
Sandals, Flip Flops, & Thongs - Use sticky tape at the bottom to avoid them moving. The toe area can be cut to allow for flip flop wear.
